Placing an Order

Browse, add, checkout — answered.

Browse our Women or Girls collections, click on any product to view sizes and colours, choose the variant you want, then click "Add to Bag". When you're ready, head to the bag and click "Checkout" — fill in your delivery details, pick UPI or COD, and you're done.
No — guest checkout is fully supported. You can place an order using just your name, address, phone and email. We'll send order updates to your email and SMS.
Cancellations and modifications are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please email us at info@creativeattire.store with your order number as soon as possible. Once the package is handed over to the courier, you'll need to refuse it at the door or initiate a return after delivery.
You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout, including the order number, items, total and delivery address. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.
We photograph every piece in natural and studio light to keep colours close to true. Tiny variations may occur due to your screen's calibration, but we describe each shade clearly in the product copy.

Sizing & Fit

Find your size with confidence.

Each product page lists its specific size range. Most apparel uses standard Indian sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL) or numerical sizing (28 - 38) where relevant. If a size guide is not visible on the product page, write to us at info@creativeattire.store with the SKU and we'll share precise measurements within a working day.
As a general guideline, size up for relaxed silhouettes (oversized shirts, kurtis) and size down for fitted styles (slim trousers, bodycons). When in doubt, share your bust/waist/hip measurements with us — our team will recommend the right fit before you check out.
Yes — our Girls collection is curated for ages 4 - 14 with age-based sizing. Each piece lists the recommended age, height range and chest width for guidance.

Shipping & Delivery

From our atelier to your doorstep.

Most orders are delivered in 3 - 5 business days for metro cities and 5 - 9 business days for the rest of India. North-East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep deliveries take 7 - 12 business days. See the full Shipping Policy for the regional breakdown.
Standard shipping is a flat ₹79 for orders below ₹999, and FREE on orders of ₹1,000 and above. Cash on Delivery adds a flat ₹49 handling fee. The exact total is shown clearly on the checkout page before payment.
We service most pincodes across India through our courier partners. Pincode serviceability is checked in real-time at checkout — if your pincode is not currently covered, you'll see a message and the order won't proceed.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page, enter your order number along with the registered email or phone, and view the live status.
Not yet — we currently ship only within India. We're working on opening international shipping; if you'd like to be notified, write to info@creativeattire.store with your country.

Payment & Pricing

Safe, transparent and quick.

We accept UPI (Unified Payments Interface) through all major apps — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any UPI-enabled banking app — and Cash on Delivery on most pincodes.
Yes. UPI payments are processed by our authorised payment partner over an encrypted, RBI-compliant channel. We never see or store your UPI handle, bank account or card details on our servers.
If a UPI debit doesn't reach us within a reasonable time, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment processor as per RBI rules — usually within 24 - 72 hours. If you have the UPI reference number, share it with us at info@creativeattire.store and we'll help track the reversal on priority.
Yes — every price on the website is inclusive of applicable GST. The GST breakdown along with the final all-inclusive amount is displayed on the order confirmation and invoice.
The fee covers cash collection and reverse-logistics overheads incurred when handling COD payments. Choosing UPI at checkout removes this fee entirely.

Returns & Refunds

If something doesn't fit your story.

Seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has its original tags and packaging intact. Read the full Return & Refund Policy for the complete terms.
Email info@creativeattire.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the product with tag intact. Our team will review and arrange a reverse pickup wherever available.
Innerwear, lingerie, socks, beauty/skincare with broken seals, customised pieces, jewellery that contacts skin closely, items marked "Final Sale", and gift cards. Detailed list is in the Returns Policy.
Once the return passes our quality inspection, the refund is initiated within 1 business day. Bank/UPI credit then takes 5 - 7 business days. Total time from pickup to credit is typically 10 - 15 business days.
Please send us an unboxing video and clear photographs at info@creativeattire.store within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at your choice.

We use the information you share strictly to fulfil your order, communicate updates and improve your shopping experience. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention and your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Every marketing email from us carries an "Unsubscribe" link in the footer. Click it once and you'll be removed from our marketing list. Transactional emails (order updates) cannot be unsubscribed as they're required to fulfil your order.
If a concern remains unresolved through our standard support channel, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer. Visit the Grievance Redressal page for the Officer's name, email and the formal escalation steps.
