Everything you need to know about how we send your order from our atelier to your doorstep.
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed (or COD is locked in), our team begins processing it within 24 to 48 business hours. Each piece is quality-checked, carefully folded and packed in our signature packaging before being handed over to our logistics partner.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. During peak sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an extra day, in which case we will keep you informed via email and SMS.
Our shipping rates are designed to be transparent and fair. The applicable charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the order subtotal and the chosen payment mode.

The COD handling fee compensates for cash collection and reverse-logistics overheads incurred when handling cash payments. Prepaid (UPI) orders do not attract this fee.
The final amount payable, including all shipping and handling charges, is displayed clearly on the checkout page before payment is collected.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). Standard delivery windows across our serviceable network are as follows:

These are best-estimate timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather disruptions, regional curfews, courier-network constraints or natural calamities. We make every effort to keep you updated through tracking notifications in case of delays.
We deliver to most pincodes across India through our partner courier networks. Serviceability is checked in real-time at checkout based on the pincode you enter and the state you select. To prevent invalid orders, the pincode you enter must match the selected state — otherwise the system will display an error before allowing you to proceed.
If your pincode is currently not serviceable, you will see a message at checkout. We constantly expand our network and you may write to us at info@creativeattire.store to register interest, and we will reach out as soon as your area is added.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your courier partner name, tracking number and a tracking link. You may also visit our Track Order page at any time, enter your order number along with your registered email or phone number, and view the live status, including a step-by-step timeline from Order Placed through to Delivered.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to begin reflecting movement updates from the courier's systems.
Cash on Delivery is offered on most pincodes within India. The cash amount must be paid in Indian Rupees only at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the amount tendered matches the order total displayed in your confirmation email. The delivery executive may not be able to provide change for very large denomination notes.
To control fraud and reduce reverse-shipping waste, we reserve the right to limit COD on certain orders, customers with a history of multiple refused deliveries, or for high-value carts. In such cases, only the prepaid (UPI) option will be available at checkout.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times before the package is returned to our warehouse. If a delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable across all attempts, or the package is refused at the door, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
For prepaid orders that are RTO'd, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method after the package reaches us, less any reverse-shipping fees actually incurred. For COD orders, repeated RTO behaviour may result in COD being disabled on future orders.
