You may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you and the refund will not be processed.

Wherever reverse-pickup is available with our courier partners, we will arrange to collect the package from your delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to hand over the parcel during the pickup window. The product must be packed securely with all original packaging and tags.
Once the parcel is received at our warehouse, our quality team performs an inspection to confirm that the product matches the return-eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2 - 3 business days. If the product fails the inspection — for example because it has been worn, washed, smells of perfume, or is missing tags — we will share photographs and ship it back to you, and no refund will be processed.
Once the return passes our quality inspection, the refund is initiated to the original mode of payment. The total time you can expect, from pickup to credit, is shown below:

For COD orders, the refund is processed via UPI or bank transfer to an account number you provide via email. The original COD handling fee (₹49) and shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If the refund is delayed beyond the timelines above, please share your order number and refund acknowledgement with us at info@creativeattire.store and our team will follow up with the payment partner on priority.
We currently process exchanges as a return-and-reorder. To exchange a size or colour, please initiate a return using the steps above and place a fresh order for the desired piece. This ensures faster fulfilment and avoids the item going out of stock while a single exchange parcel is in transit.
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, by writing to info@creativeattire.store with your order number. Once the order is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer possible — you may, however, refuse the package at the door or initiate a return after delivery.
For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded within 5 - 7 business days. For COD orders, no charge is deducted as no money has changed hands.
We are sorry if a product reaches you damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. In such cases, please share an unboxing video and photographs of the product (including the brand tag and the shipping label) at info@creativeattire.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer you the choice of: (a) a full refund including original shipping; (b) a replacement of the same product subject to availability; or (c) store credit equivalent to the order value, valid for 12 months. Pickup, replacement and refund timelines mirror the standard process described above.
